Not happy with your product? Please contact us within 7 days of received products and let us know. We will happily replace any item that has arrived damaged or is deemed faulty. A return questionnaire will need to be completed and returned to us.
We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with the products purchased. Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind purchases.
Please contact us to arrange return of an item. If it is deemed faulty, we will offer a replacement, and also reimburse you for your postage cost.
Cancelling an order:

If the products have not been shipped, we will issue a refund upon request. Any fees that were applicable based on the payment method will be deducted. This is approximately 2-7% of the order value. We will notify you of this fee.
If the products have been shipped, you will need to return them (at your cost) unopened for a refund to be processed. This will occur once the returned parcel has been received. We will deduct a postage fee of $9.90 on all orders plus any other fees that were applicable based on the payment method.
