Products are dispatched from Caroline Springs, Victoria. We aim to get your order packed and booked in for delivery within 5-8 business days of cleared payment.
We utilise Australia Post and a courier service. We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $9.90. Any parcel over 5kg in weight will be shipped via a courier. FREE shipping is available for orders over $89. A preferred carrier may be selected, but we will use the cheapest carrier for your delivery.
Re-delivery of parcels where an incorrect address has been provided or non-collection of a parcel will incur an additional charge to resend.
Please note, if you purchase for someone else, we will let them know who sent the products if questioned.
We pack to avoid movement within the parcels. If items arrived damaged, please contact us and we will raise a claim against the shipping service. Please refer to our Returns Policy for replacement product.
A dispatch notification will be sent, which may be for the following day. This email may arrive in your 'spam' or 'promotions' folders. Please check the details and tracking number.
Couriers Please utilise POPStation collection points, so your undelivered parcel may be carded to a convenience store, petrol station or newsagency. An email will be sent and a card will be left for you. Proof of identity will be required.
For metro-Melbourne deliveries, we may use XPressToYou couriers, if available in your area. They usually deliver the day after collection.
During Covid, all parcels are delivered as authority to leave. There are limitations on 'sign on delivery' parcels. Australia Post and Couriers Please will leave parcels in a safe place if they are able to do so. Otherwise they will be carded for collection or re-delivery.
We are dropping parcels at Australia Post as often as possible. Please be aware that they are experiencing delays with delivery. Couriers are still collecting each day as required.
